BERNI HOWARD
Stylist
Berni started her career in 1995 at Matthew Smith Salon in Grandview where she trained under Guy Commarano, the former director of the Vidal Sassoon School in London and current regional UK creative director. Matthew Smith Salon later became 1400, an Aveda concept salon. After losing the salon to a tragic fire in 2009, Berni set out on her own and founded Brush & Iron Salon in 2013. She is passionate about the industry and her salon, and prides herself on giving her clients the best cut and color they've ever had.

HOLLY CLARK
Stylist
Holly is a Columbus native with over 24 years of experience, specializing in custom cuts, color, and wedding and event hair styling. She has also been involved in editorial work here inColumbus, working with brands such as Abercrombie, The Limited, Talkingfashion.net, and Big Rock Little Rooster. Her recent professional accomplishments include publication in Columbus Monthly Magazine and an acknowledgement of her team, 614 Beauty, for "Best Weddings of 2019" in The Knot Columbus. Holly has a positive energy that shines through her work and allows her to help her clients look and feel great!
RYAN AUSTIN SCHNEIDER
Stylist
Ryan is a graduate of the Aveda Institute of Columbus. Practicing hair for over 10 years, Ryan stays up to date on the latest trends in the beauty industry through classes and seminars. In addition to exceptional training throughout his career, Ryan is an ambassador of beauty. If you know Ryan, it will come as no surprise that his beauty icon is the late Anna Nicole Smith. Mixing classic beauty with top trends, Ryan is able to ensure each client leaves his chair feeling better than when they sat down.
